National Day of Prayer

National Day Of Prayer:

The Hollywood Prayer Network experienced a great breakthrough in support from the Christian community at large this past MAY 1st! It was the National Day of Prayer and though we have been celebrating that national Holiday in Hollywood for the past 17 years, this was the first year that the National Day of Prayer Task Force invited us to be included in their nationwide satellite coverage. We were so honored and thrilled. They allowed our Hollywood gathering, this year at Bel AirPresbyterian Church, to be satellited to all of their main prayer gatherings viapodcast, so that the people praying across the country could pray with us and see that Hollywood is also a place of prayer!

We had a fabulous evening of almost 200 Hollywood professionals and prayer warriors who gathered to worship and pray for our nation, for our State and for our industry. We we so thrilled to know that other people of prayer across America were joining us in praying for Hollywood and for them to get the opportunity to see that God is alive and active in the world's most influential mission field - the Hollywood Entertainment Industry. We are thankful to Brian Toon and the leadership team atthe National Day of Prayer Task Force for having the vision to know how important prayer for the media is, and for supplying the financialsupport needed to make this podcast possible. God is truly moving in Hollywood and we want the world to know it. Will you help us pass on the word to others?
