Studio Lot Prayer Walk Guidelines
THE FOLLOWING ARE A FEW GUIDELINES THAT WILL HELP TO MAKE OUR WEEKLY STUDIO PRAYER WALKS AS SMOOTH AND EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE:
1 | Please be very sensitive to what you say while on premises. NEVER use Christian lingo, "Christianese", or say "I'm here for a prayer walk or Bible study" to anyone you don't know, ESPECIALLY to the Gate Guards. It's best to just say "I'm here to meet - host's name". |
2 | Please remember to MEMORIZE the name and spelling of the host who works on the lot, the location where you are to meet, and the department where the host works. |
3 | Please be sensitive to not raise any suspicion with the Security Guards by asking a lot of questions or making them go through a lot of hassle which could potentially get the hosts or the Prayer Walk in trouble. For example: If they are unable to locate your name, give them the host's NAME and DEPARTMENT. If trouble arises beyond this, then kindly excuse yourself and call the host. |
4 | If at all possible, please carpool. |
5 | Please DO NOT bring this paper on the studio lot where it might be seen by people who work there. |
6 | What to expect and do at a Prayer Walk:
Please keep prayer focused to the industry. For example:
Again, the purpose is to pray for this industry! |
7 | Please DO NOT BE LATE! Please be sensitive to our prayer walk Hosts' time. This is their lunch hour they are giving up (For the Warner Brothers walk, please DO NOT COME if you are late. No one is allowed to walk on the lot by themselves or it could get our hosts in trouble.) It would be of great help to us if you would please do these two things if you are running late:
|
8 | If you are not able to join us, we invite you to pray for the industry with us - right where you are during lunch hour on Fridays! |
